Congratulations to WLP alumna Halea Kerr-Layton for her recent publication! Her latest piece, entitled "Challenges and Vulnerabilities for Public Diplomacy in Guatemala," was published in Smart Power, the official blog of GW's Institute for Public Diplomacy and Global Communication.
Halea is an alumna of the International Politics cohort, a 2019 GW graduate (BA, International Affairs; BA, Spanish & Latin American Languages, Literatures & Cultures), and she is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Global Communication as a GW Presidential Fellow.
